The Office of Disability Services (ODS) is located in The Retention and Advisement Center in Student Services Building, Room 160.
Fill out a Student Intake form along with an Accommodation Request form in the ODS and then meet with the ODS Counselor, preferably within the first two weeks of the semester, to discuss required documentation and available accommodations. lf requesting accommodations that require time to prepare, such as scheduling a sign language interpreter, request the accommodation with two months advance notice.
