What do I do if I lose my Student ID Card? Print

Replacement ID cards cost $5.00, payable to the Cashiers in the Business Services Office. Replacement IDs are made in the Registrar's office (Data Entry) of Student Services.

Please bring the receipt for payment the Cashiers will provide with you to the Registrar's Office. Payment must be made before the ID card will be created.
